Please note that personalized or custom-made jewelry items may not be eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Process for Exchanges and Returns

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe.

Provide your order details and reason for the exchange or return.

Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number if required.

Please securely package the item and include the return authorisation number (if provided) along with your contact information.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange or issue a refund accordingly.

Exceptions and Additional Information

For hygiene reasons, earrings are generally not eligible for exchange or return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

We recommend inspecting all the items upon receipt and contacting us immediately if there are any issues or defects.
